I am a Columbia trained psychiatrist, providing talk-therapy and medication management for Upper West Side and NYC residents with a range of mental-health concerns. I have extensive experience treating depression, bipolar disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and anxiety disorders including generalized anxiety disorder and obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD). Whether you’re experiencing low mood, anxiety, irritability, insomnia, difficulty concentrating, or are simply feeling stuck at work or in your relationships, I offer compassionate, thorough, and individualized psychiatric services.

I maintain a small practice so that I can provide the necessary attention for each patient. I will work with you to determine the right treatment plan. Your treatment may include talk therapy, medication management, and/or interventions such as mindfulness practices and lifestyle changes. With therapy, we will work together to deepen your understanding of yourself and your patterns in order to achieve meaningful changes.

I conduct neuroscience research at Columbia University, studying the interactions between the brain and the body in anxiety and mood disorders. My background in neuroscience helps me shape a personalized treatment plan that incorporates the most current scientific evidence.

My office is located on 200 West 90th Street on the Upper West Side. I see patients in person on Tuesdays and Fridays and offer virtual visits other days of the week. Please call or email to schedule a free 15-minute consultation.
